Leon McKay has developed a set of proprietary tools to maintain the highest standards of project management. During each phase the project manager creates and distributes a series of documents used to check and control all aspects of the design and construction. These documents include the project charter, time schedule, meeting reports, regular client reports, budgets and cost checks.

Our project managers coordinate the financial, functional and temporal programming, design, engineering, tendering, construction and the handover aspects of large projects. They have managed large-scale projects across all market sectors from initial planning stages through design, construction and project closeout. We have over the years perfected the methodology in providing significant benefits to the investors, property owners and other stakeholders by delivering on time and under budget.
